~ Float riders and walkers MUST arrive at either the Medical Center on Hwy 16 north of Wendy’s or at Safari Miles. The pathway between the Medical Center and N. Pilot Knob will have been mowed. These areas will be designated as DROP OFF AREAS and are intended for that use only. If you have a large group of participants please designate another area for dropping off to avoid any traffic tie ups as we have experienced in the past. IF you drop off at Publix, do NOT park in their lot. The Parade staging area at Salem Methodist Church will NOT be available for parking or drop-off.

IF you have a routine you’d like to perform for the judges (max 1 minute) STOP in front of the judges’ stand and perform. To ensure you get judged, we request that each entrant have their entry number as part of their banner highlighting your organization, as the judges scoring considers banners. Trophy winners will receive a telephone call and/or an email within 24 hours of the end of the parade.
